Isolation and Identification of Candida dubliniensis in Patient with Cervical-Vulvovaginal Candidiasis in Erbil City

Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (VVC) is a fungal infection caused by Candida spp. of the genital mucosa that still health concern for women.This first-of-its-kind investigation on isolation dubliniensis, from cervical-vulvovaginal patients in Erbil hospitals. The study was carried out and identification which performed using phenotypic molecular approaches. A total one hundred samples vaginal swabs (Copan transport dry (in cover)), were taken with cervical vulvovaginal candidiasis order to test presence species. According macroscopic microscopic examination, discovered 60 100 (60%). On CHROM agar medium, eleven non-duplicated C. dubliniensis identified depending color colony (dark green colonies-blue colony). Then species confirmed API 20C assay. Finally, multiplex PCR technique two types primers, are universal specific identifying results assays identical method.
